HOUSE RULES

1.) No one under the age of 18 allowed in Casino.

2.) No outside food or beverages allowed in Casino.

3.) No alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or weapons allowed on premises.

4.) No soliciting, loitering, or panhandling allowed on premises.

5.) All visitors/vendors must check in at Receptionist Desk.                      

6.) Machine malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.) All cash out tickets must be claimed within 24 hours.

8.) Gaming staff must verify winning tickets of $500.00 or more.

9.) Customers must have a valid, state-issued photo ID and Social Security card to claim prizes of $1,199.00 or more.

10.) All jackpot or special win tickets must be signed legibly.

11.) In case of a dispute or discrepancy all Management decisions are final.

12.) Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

PROMOTION RULES:

Must be present to win.

Valid State-Issued Photo ID, Social Security Card and current mailing address must be furnished at the time of the drawing.  If you do not wish to provide this information, you automatically forfeit your prize.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Casino is not responsible for lost / stolen prize vouchers, tickets, gift certificates / cards, etc.

Management reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all aspects of promotion without prior notice. All decisions made by Management are final and binding.

Note:  We are required by law to report ALL prizes of $600 or more won by an individual for the calendar year.  This amount is accumulative which means the value of All prizes won by an individual from January to December are added together and reported to the IRS.  You are welcome to forfeit your prize to avoid incurring additional taxes.
